Points positifs : 200 m du vieux Colmar, tous les commerces à proximité, excellent glacier Alsa à 50 m, boulangerie Paul à 100m aménagement récent. propreté bonne literie

Points négatifs : avons du relaver un peu de vaisselle, la TV marque des pauses, un peu froid le soir

Logement Idéal pour se retrouver en groupe et visiter Colmar

Points positifs : Emplacement idéal, à proximité du centre. Compter 25 min de marche depuis la gare. Très bonne communication avec les personnes de l'agence qui gère le logement.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille.

Points positifs : L'emplacement à proximité du centre ville. La maison, l'équipement , la literie. De belles prestations.. la maison est parfaite pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Points négatifs : Il manque une place de stationnement. Cette maison est louée pour 10 personnes, Il faut au moins deux places réservées, surtout au moment des marchés de Noël. Stationner sur le parking d'Auchan n'est pas une alternative, il faut tout de même sortir le véhicule la nuit, et sur plusieurs jours cela coûte cher.

Points positifs : The house was very good! It was spacious, modern, clean, well equipped and well maintained, beautiful and at excellent location. We enjoined it very much!

Points négatifs : There are a few things worthwhile knowing in advance: Although declared that tax is included, there is also tourist tax to be paid. The agency that runs the place demands that this and the deposit of 1000 Euro would be transferred to the agency in advance (We tried to do it but there were complications and we could not complete the process. Eventually the agency agreed we would pay it when we arrive but they were not willing to meet us at the house and demanded we come to their office at work hours). Short time before our arrival, after we have paid everything in advance with no cancelation possibility, the agency informed us that one of the toilets (the one on the bedrooms floor) is not working and cannot be fixed until after our stay. This was extremely uncomfortable, but the agency people did not seem to understand it. However, two days later they did come and fix it. Later the agency people did show consideration in other matters. And our final experience was a good one.

Points positifs : Sehr gute Lage, geräumige Wohnung. Hervorragende Instruktionen vor Anreise. Sehr netter Kontakt.

Points négatifs : Küchenutensilien nicht ganz sauber. Etwas wenig Kaffee und Toilettenpapier vorhanden. War aber alles kein Problem.

Points positifs : Wir waren zufrieden, es entsprach alles den Beschreibungen. Der Master Bedroom ist Spitze.

Points négatifs : Bei einer Belegung mit 10 Personen müssen sich 2 Gäste mit einem sehr unattraktiven Kellerbett zufrieden geben.

Points positifs : Sehr modern und toll gelegen zur Altstadt und zum nächsten Supermarkt!

Points positifs : Die Lage war sehr zentral, die Unterkunft sehr schön und modern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe, die Altstadt fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

Points négatifs : Terrassen Möbel sind ausbaufähig, auch den Whirlpool fanden wir nicht sehr einladend.
