Points positifs : Pratique, au centre lumineux .petite attention du propriétaire pour Pâques 🐣

Points négatifs : Les toilettes, peu être supprimé le tiroir du bas du meuble qui n est pas utile pour les séjours de courte durée

Serait presque parfait si.....

Points positifs : La localisation surtout, la disponibilité du propriétaire, la propreté Séjour trés agréable sauf....

Points négatifs : Comme beaucoup la critique principale voire unique c'est le positionnement exigue de la cuvette des WC qui ne vous laisse pas le temps de lire le journal tant vous êtes assis de biais (je mesure 1,78). Cet appartement pourrait être presque parfait si il n'y avait pas cet inconvénient. La sécurité veut qu'il ait 3 boites à clés avec 1 jeu de 4 clés il n'est pas facile ensuite de si retrouver

Magnifique sejour

Points positifs : La situation de l'appartement est incontestablement le point fort de la location, on a vue sur un marché, les différents marchés sont à proximité, notamment la place avec la grande roue de Colmar pour clôturer une soirée. On est à côté de tout et des points de visite magnifiques. L'appartement est très bien décoré et très accueillant, bien chauffé, très fonctionnel. Le café en grains est tout prêt, les sachets de tisane, les bouteilles d'eau au frais et une bouteille de blanc agrémentent l'accueil. Les parkings st Josse et Montagne verte étant complets nous nous sommes garées au parking gratuit Grillen, ça se fait très bien à pied même avec les bagages.

Points négatifs : Le petit point faible est la position des toilettes pour les grands et l'apparition de moisissures sous la fenêtre de la salle de bain qui cependant reste une salle de bain très agréable, moderne et propre.

Points positifs : la proximité d'un parking, des commerces. tranquillité surprenante de l'hyper centre. la disponibilité des proprios compréhensifs et charmants..

Points positifs : La Suite est cosy, très propre, très bien équipée. On se sent tout de suite chez soi et j'ai passé un merveilleux séjour. L'hôte est au petit soin, disponible pour chaque interrogation. Le livret d'entrée donne des indications sur l'essentiel et la bibliothèque est de choix. Quant à l'emplacement, il est idéal!

Best location, incredible views and an amazing apartment

Points positifs : Incredible location, the views are amazing. The communication with the host was always quick and the instructors were very clear and helpful. .The apartment is beautiful,, warm and welcoming. The bed is super comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. The apartment is large and so well decorated. The lift waa so great for large suitcases. People watching from the windows day and night was fantastic. The double glazing works so well and we found it quiet and warm even with it being in the heart of town. You can't go wrong staying here.

Points négatifs : Everything was so perfect for us, just if you are tall with long legs it might be difficult to sit on the toilet as its a little close to the cabinet. But I certainly wouldn't let this stop you. I'd give it 10 out of 5 stars, it was that good.

Points positifs : A very enjoyable 2-day stay The location of the apartment is perfect – the main square is right in front of you. We really enjoyed having breakfast at the little table by the window, with a great view. Check-in was easy, and the instructions were clear. They were also helpful with early check-in. Communication was smooth and responsive. The kitchen is fully equipped, including coffee and all the basics. My only suggestion would be to add a small brochure or instructions for how to use the coffee machine 😊 The bathroom was spacious enough, and both the bed and pillows were comfortable. The apartment was clean, and it was nice to have a vacuum cleaner available. If I had to mention one small thing, a little wardrobe or storage space for clothes would have been helpful. Other than that, it's a great value for the price. We left very satisfied and would definitely want to stay here again, especially during the winter.

Beautiful accommodation

Points positifs : The accommodation was perfect for us. We had a great time. The host is very kind. The studio had everything you need for a stay for two. Located in the center, with an excellent view of Swendi Square, a fully equipped kitchen, warm, cozy, and picturesque. We never lacked hot water or heating. A dream place!

Points positifs : Tolles Studio! Schön eingerichtet und ruhig, obwohl es gleich bei einem Platz liegt. Schöne Aussicht und alles war vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hingehen.

Points négatifs : Die Bauweise bei der Toilette ist sehr eng gehalten, so dass jemand mit langen Beinen etwas Kreativität beim Sitzen braucht.

Points positifs : A localização é excelente bem no centro da vila. Tem Uma máquina de café maravilhosa com café moído na hora. Tem comodidades para fazer refeições. É muito bonita e charmosa. Tinha uns miminhos à chegada que foram espetaculares.

Points négatifs : Na minha opinião algumas coisas necessitam ser melhoradas de modo a ter um 10 de pontuação: A sanita fica num sitio muito estreito e tem um armário muito grande em frente o que impossibilita estar sentado de forma correta. Fica muito apertado principalmente para pessoas para pessoas com pernas grandes. As toalhas de banho são muito pequenas. Depois o facto de nos terem dito que seria necessário despejar o lixo, arrumar a loiça nos armários e desfazer a cama deixando toda a roupa no WC. Ora por acaso o lixo e a loiça é nosso hábito deixar arrumada mas quando pagamos um hotel, apartamento, etc, geralmente estamos de férias e não temos a preocupação de fazer camas ou coisas do género nem nunca nos impuseram tal coisa. A cama é muito baixa o que pode ser um problema para algumas pessoas.
