Points positifs : Excellent séjour ! L'appartement est impeccablement propre, cosy et extrêmement bien situé pour visiter Colmar à pied. La literie est très confortable et tout le nécessaire est disponible. L'hôte a été adorable, disponible et très réactif Un logement où l'on se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

A ne pas râter

Points positifs : Idéalement situé en hyper centre nous avons tout fait à pied. Le garage est un vrai plus en période de haute fréquentation. Le logement est grand, le duplex permet d'avoir chacun son espace. Propreté et très confortable. La propriétaire est aussi très accueillante, de très bons conseils.

Points positifs : The location was perfect, and it was nice and warm

Points négatifs : All the stairs up to the top floor but we did know about them in advance! Also I hadn’t spotted before booking that the toilet was not on the same floor as the main bedroom.

Calm and relaxing❤️

Points positifs : The host was very nice and recommended restaurants and bakeries. The market was just next to our apartment, it was very quiet and calm street, we slept very well:)

The perfect apartment in the perfect location!

Points positifs : The location is perfect - right in the heart of beautiful Petite Venise with the covered market just around the corner where you can get breakfast, coffee and pastries, and all sorts of wonderful fresh produce and bakes. The friendly and helpful owner was there to meet us and give us the keys on arrival and to collect them on departure. Everything you could want is available in the apartment if you want a self-catering holiday - we just ate out every day!

Points négatifs : This apartment is not suitable for people with mobility problems as it is at the top of the house and only accessible by several flights of stairs. There is also no walk-in shower, only a shower over the bath. This is not a criticism, since the house is old and characterful and not open to modernisation. I just wanted people to be aware.

Location above all

Points positifs : Location, location, location. Nice apartment located directly in the center of the old town. The apartment itself is located on the top floor in an old building, wich means a lot of stairs (also staircase in the apt. as its in two levels). That said its a nice and clean apartment with easy access to what the town of Colmar has to offer. Will highly recommend. Possible to rent a garage for the car, note this garage is located about 6-7 min from the apartment, and is quite narrow. Very friendly host (speaks English for those who struggles with the french 😜).

Points positifs : Great location, we had everything we need. Hosts were super nice, they waited for us because we arrived later than 20:00, they told us tips and tricks for the city and the communication with them was fast and efficient.

Points négatifs : The fact that we only had 1 bathroom and we were 6 people, but we knew that when we took it. And also the fact that is an apt where you can here everything so if someone is awake then everyone will be.
