Super séjour, on recommande vivement le logement de Mumu
Points positifs : Le propriétaire nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et attention. Petite visite de l'appartement, explication concernant le bon usage de l'entretien de celui ci (fonctionnement chauffage, tri et local poubelles) un grand plus cela évite de chercher ! L'appartement était très propre, décoré avec élégance en cette période de fêtes. Il est à deux pas d'un marché de Noël. Tout se fait à pieds. Le propriétaire met tout en œuvre pour que le séjour se passe bien. Un service \

Tout était parfait ; on n'aurait pas trouvé mieux dans un hôtel 5 *****
Points positifs : Appartement idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pieds des marchés de Noël dans le centre historique de Colmar. Beaucoup d'espace pour poser les valises et ranger les vêtements. Tout était bien ordonné et d'une propreté irréprochable. Aucun problème de stationnement, un parking couvert à proximité pour 3 euros la journée . Le propriétaire a été très réactif et aux petits soins durant notre séjour ; très bonne communication avec ce parfait connaisseur et passionné de sa ville et de la région , les Vosges. Je le recommande sans réserve .
Points négatifs : On n'a pas trouvé le torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle .... La minuterie dans l'escalier est réglée trop courte et parfois mal signalée ; on a sonné chez un voisin en croyant appuyer sur l'interrupteur de l'éclairage.

Points positifs : nous avons beaucoup apprécié le locataire très avenant très sympa apart magnifique rien a dire très propre proche de tout commerce et matcher de Noël je conseille vivement Di aller.
Points négatifs : les escaliers pour monter a l'étage je suis pas copain 🫣 avec les escaliers .pas conseillé au personne âgée . dommages mes sinon vraiment super

All is excellent. All compliments and highest recommendations.
Points positifs : Everything was excellent. The apartment is nicely furnished and has a new bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. There are enough radiators in the apartment, and the heating is excellent. The owner of the apartment is a very kind and hospitable person. From the very first communication after the reservation until our arrival, he was always available for any questions regarding the accommodation and our stay in Colmar. He even met us at the train station and drove us to the apartment. All compliments and highest recommendations. Za Srbe kratak komentar - vlasnik je kao da je naš zemljak, veoma gostoprimljiv i ljubazan čovek. Svaka preporuka.
Points négatifs : Not a drawback, just a suggestion for the owner: additional lighting in the living room could be helpful, and a smart TV instead of a standard one.

Highly Recommended
Points positifs : Great sized apartment with lots of space, comfortable bed, toilet separate from bathroom, full kitchen facilities and fully equipped cookware. The location is very central and easy to walk everywhere from the apartment. Restaurants, bakeries & bars all very close by. There's also a large supermarket about 400m away. The host, Fred, was super helpful and responsive. He helped us with everything from train schedules, how to get from the station and supplied a map with directions, how to get around Colmar, list of recommended restaurants, bars, food etc, checked in to see if we needed anything and was available to answer any questions we had. We cannot recommend this accommodation enough!! We will definitely stay again when in Colmar.
Points négatifs : The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator so a bit difficult with our luggage but otherwise it was fine for us. There is also no washing machine in the apartment but we didn't need one so don't know if there's one close by?
