Appartement grand standing VAUBAN 10 Personnes centre historique de Colmar

Excellent sejour, on recommendera cet appartement spacieux pour les groupes

Points positifs : Nous avons apprecié l'emplacement de l'appartement proche du centre.

Points négatifs : Parking pas toujours dispo vers l'hebergement

Logement au top pour un séjour en famille !

Points positifs : Logement d'une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé tout le nécessaire est prévu et surtout emplacement ideal pour visiter l'hypercentre mais sans être bruyant

Points négatifs : Uniquement un petit souci de variation de température dans la douche

Points positifs : Logement très bien situé dans le centre de Colmar, avec un grand espace de vie et plusieurs chambres pour venir en groupe

Points négatifs : Certains éléments un peu défectueux : un système de velux ne fonctionnait pas (donc pas de rideau/store pour la nuit), pas de paroi de douche à la baignoire donc il y a vite de l'eau partout, certaines poignées sont mal fixées

Points positifs : Situation au centre ville Proximité commerces Calme Grandes chambres spacieuses

Points négatifs : Pas de volets roulants ou de rideaux occultant dans le séjour alors qu il y a le canapé lit

Points positifs : Bien situé dans le centre-ville, à 10 petites minutes du cœur historique à pied. Appartement vaste et moderne. Bien équipé.

Points négatifs : Contrairement au descriptif, il n'y a que 2 salles de bains, le 3ème cabinet de toilettes ne comprend qu'un WC et un lavabo ( et une machine à laver...). Le code wifi ne figurait pas dans le mail de confirmation. Nous attendons toujours la réponse du propriétaire😅

Points positifs : , Super appartement, très bien agencé super bien placé en centre de Colmar. Très calme.je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Great stay for my group of 6. Ample space for all of us with luggages and it’s close to amenities, very convenient.

Points positifs : The rooms were sufficient for my group of 6 and the space is good for our luggage’s as well. It is really sited within walking distance to many attractions and restaurant.

Points négatifs : Not able to close the bathroom door….

Cosy, warm and suitable for crowded family

Points positifs : House was very big, suitable for crowded family. We were 7 people (1 baby). House was clean, location was close to center. There was parking area for cars. Heating was okay. Good facilities for baby, there was a baby crib, chair.

I recommend this apartment

Points positifs : Very nicely furnished, we were a group of 9 and we had plenty of space with 4 double bedrooms and a living room. The living room is big enough for evening gatherings, the kitchen was fully equipped, overall worth it and good value for money. Good central location, clean, I noticed an old review regarding the lack of toiletries, the issue has been fixed which we really appreciated.

Points négatifs : There is a bathroom that is split as shower and toilet which is good and another full bathroom that is in one of the bedrooms, so it cannot be used regularly like a common bathroom. The other downside was that 2 of the bedrooms have a really high ceiling and only a small radiator which takes time to warm up the room. We only stayed two nights so it started being warm on our last day. I would suggest in winter season to start the heating at least one day before the arrival of the guests.

Points positifs : La casa es amplia y muy cómoda para un grupo, nosotros éramos 7 y estuvimos genial. 4 habitaciones con cama de matrimonio y armarios , camas cómodas . El salón cocina es muy acogedor y espacioso . Es muy muy céntrica , pero en una calle muy silenciosa , pero sales y estás en el centro de Colmar

Points négatifs : La calefacción muy justa para ser diciembre , en alguna habitación no calentaba suficiente . El baño con bañera no tenía cortina ni mampara, lo que hace difícil el bañarse
