Très bon séjour

Points positifs : Tout était parfait ! Emplacement calme mais pas trop loin du centre ville, bel appartement :) Tout le nécessaire et chauffage pour l’hiver. Merci encore pour tout.

Points positifs : Logement cosy avec tout le confort. Proprio disponible et sympathique.

Points négatifs : Pas de volet pour l'instant mais en cours de travaux... Mais n'enlève en rien le charme de ce logement..

Fantastic family room very near Colmar centre

Points positifs : Location, very convenient parking in front of the property, great self check in experience (book your stay there to see for yourself), the room itself with very well equipped kitchen and last but not least, the host! Felix was super accommodating and responsive. I couldn't recommend more! We travelled with a 6 year old. There was a comfy sofa bed for them and even books and toys to play with.

Tre amiche a colmar

Points positifs : Mini alloggio ricavato in un tipico tetto a punta dell Alsazia. Il bagno è finestrato, l alloggio pulito e il proprietario gentile, il centro è raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi e non c’è problema di parcheggio. Non c’è il bidet in bagno ma un comodo doccino. Manca anche un armadio per i vestiti ma abbiamo messo tutto nella cassettiera. Ideale per 3 persone, letto matrimoniale e divano letto ma in un unica stanza con cucina monolocale.

Points négatifs : La scala per raggiungere l alloggio è molto ripida soprattutto se si hanno bagagli.

Stanza molto carina e confortevole a 15 minuti dal centro. Accoglienza ottima.

Points positifs : La stanza è molto grande e bella, perfetto per una famiglia. Il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in 10/15 minuti. Il host, Felix, è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato buoni consigli per quanto riguarda dove fare una buonissima colazione e cena. Inoltre risponde subito ai messaggi. Torneremo con enorme piacere.

Points négatifs : Ci sono dei lavori di ristrutturazione al piano inferiore che non hanno avuto nessun impatto sul nostro soggiorno. Immagino per questo il prezzo era così conveniente.

Excelente lugar!!

Points positifs : La atención y predisposición de Félix , siempre estuvo en contacto. El lugar un 10, amplio,limpio. Tiene utensilios de cocina, y varios detalles que lo hacen súper confortable. Cerca del centro. Para dormir es súper tranquilo, silencioso . Es un lugar perfecto!!!
