Perfection !
Points positifs : Tout est parfait ! Une maison prête à l’emploi, bien spacieuse, une literie très confortable, un jardin clos avec une belle terrasse ensoleillée. Un emplacement en plein centre ville

Maison, spacieuse et idéalement située
Points positifs : Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. La maison est vraiment très spacieuse, beaucoup d’espace dans toutes les pièces. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires. La maison est vraiment très bien située, à quelques minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Emplacement parfait pour visiter et profiter des belles rues de Colmar. Merci à Audrey, hôte très sympathique et très disponible! Nous serons ravis de profiter à nouveau de ce logement si nous revenons à Colmar.

bon appartement et bon emplacement
Points positifs : Calme si on ferme bien les fenêtres : le jardin est accolé à un autre sur toute sa longueur, et on l'entend très bien les voisins. le frigo, la plaque de cuisson, la machine a laver, le séche-linge, etc... tout est bien les deux salles de bain constituent un plus
Points négatifs : Le bruit de l'écoulement de la chasse depuis la chambre du bas, lorsque quelqu'un la tire la nuit. mais bon, c'est difficilement corrigeable, à part l'interdire la nuit 2 lampes extérieures sur 8 fonctionnent ! (signalé à notre départ) un petit coup de tondeuse sur la pelouse aurait été agréable le baby-foot cassé.

A lovely house in a great location
Points positifs : This was a lovely, large house. It had comfortable beds and was spotlessly clean. The location was superb, just a five minute walk from the Little Venice area
Points négatifs : The shower in the downstairs bathroom wasn’t great if you didn’t want to use the rain shower head and we couldn’t draw enough hot water for a bath in the upstairs bathroom. Also we didn’t arrive til midnight and had to get the key out of a padlock key system from the owners house and then walk another 10 minutes to the house. We couldn’t understand why the owner couldn’t leave the key padlock at the accommodation.

Points positifs : Very good location- 5 minutes walking distance from city center.
Points négatifs : The house is spacious with 4 large bedrooms, big kitchen and large garden but the host need to pay attention to cleaning. We found spiders inside the kitchen, the blinds were dirty and dust in some rooms. As a suggestion, to keep a high rate small welcome treats would make a difference. For example 2 bottles of still waters or fee coffee cups.

It was a fantastic place to stay with good value for money; I would stay here again!
Points positifs : The property was in a good and quiet location but just a walking distance to the attractions and city centre. The house itself was really well-kept and had everything that we needed for our 5 night stay (from cooking and cleaning materials etc). The house was really warm and the heating/insulation was effective!
Points négatifs : I would imagine that a swimming pool would be nice for the summer. In general, the property was perfect for me and our group.

Points positifs : The house is near Colmar center ,can easy arrive by walking. With the small garden ,it is very suitable for family and dog. Every room has air condition, it was nice to travel in summer.

Sehr schön, nette und sehr hilfsbereit Vermieter. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft sicher weiterempfehlen
Points positifs : Hell, viel Platz, schöner Garten, super für den Hund
Points négatifs : Für 8-10 Personen ist 1 Dusche recht wenig. Die Spülmaschinenleistung war vermutlich nicht ausreichend bei der Reinigung das Vormieters, wir mussten etwas nachreinigen.

Ein großes Haus in guter Lage mit Verbesserungspotential
Points positifs : Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet vier Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 10 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Es gibt eine große Küche und einen großen Essbereich. Die Lage ist auch ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden.
Points négatifs : Der Schlüssel muss erstmal mit dem Auto von woanders in Colmar abgeholt werden. Im Winter ist das Haus nicht gut warm zu bekommen. Es war leider ziemlich kalt. Die Einrichtung wirkte teilweise zusammengestückelt und abgewohnt. Das Bad im EG hat kein Fenster. Parkplätze direkt beim Haus gibt es nicht. Man kann eine Garage dazubuchen. Die ist aber so schmal, dass die Einfahrt selbst mit einem normalen Auto zum spannenden Erlebnis wird.
