Un petit studio de qualité, très bien conçu
Points positifs : Studio bien situé, tranquille, en très bon état, très bien agencé pour la surface.
Points négatifs : Il n'y a pas de boulangerie à proximité, donc un grille pain aurait été apprécié pour le petit déjeuner. Seul petit bémol, le matelas n'est pas mort, mais il commence à fatiguer.

Points positifs : Le mignon petit studio, la propreté, la disponibilité de Bernadette et sa gentillesse, la facilité d'accessibilité à la location avec les codes d'accès, la facilité de location, tout est facilité par Bernadette ! Vraiment merci
Points négatifs : Le petit moins, soyez conscients que c'est une ville plutôt grande donc places de parking payantes sur une bonne zone. Mais Bernadette a tout prévu avec un plan pour indiquer les places gratuites. Il faut s'éloigner du quartier pour visiter, qui n'est pas des plus jolis. Et autre petit point, l'insonorisation qui n'est pas optimale, mais la vigilance au bruit de chacun suffit.

Points négatifs : On s'attendait à une terrasse quand on avait vu les photos mais ce devait faire partie d'une autre location. Amis cyclistes, l'immeuble n'est pas loin du centre et du port, mais quel raidillon pour y parvenir!

Points positifs : Location très bien situé, a peine 10 mn a pieds du centre ville.endroit calme, appartement très bien aménagé.
Points négatifs : Attention stationnement payant devant la location,mais possibilité de se garer a 200 m gratuitement.

Points positifs : Modern, quiet, comfortable room. toilet and bathroom separate, 7 walking min to centre
Points négatifs : stuffy air when we arrived (humid smell from shower), but with keeping the room aired it is all ok

Points positifs : Clean apartment with most appliances you can probably need. Close to the city center and the railway station.
Points négatifs : I would not say that is something crucial, just as an idea how to make it more valuable for the guests is to place a few capsules for the coffee machine

Points positifs : The location is great, just a few minutes from the city center and 20 minutes from the train station. The apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need, and it's very quiet — perfect for sleeping. Bernadette (the host) was very helpful with all the information, and we were able to enter the studio earlier than the scheduled check-in time.
Points négatifs : The bed creaks when you move, the bathroom door seems unstable, and the bathroom itself is a bit weird.
