Très bel appartement super bien localisé à proximité du centre historique
Points positifs : La proximité immédiate du centre historique, tout se fait à pieds en moins de 10mn. Les 3 chambres spacieuses pour un centre ville plus des canapés lits au cas où (Jon utilisés pour nous). Du charme et du cachet une fois arrivés dans le logement, l'entrée extérieure ne le laissant pas forcément penser,c'est absolument nickel. Propre lits faits. Nous n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit car en transit mais sans doute parfait pour un court séjour ou plus.

Points positifs : L'intérieur du logement était très bien. Nous étions 9 personnes et nous pouvions vivre agréablement tous ensemble grâce à l'agencement de l'appartement.
Points négatifs : L'extérieur est très vétuste. A améliorer. Problème pour garer nos voitures. Place de parking payante.

Points positifs : Tout était parfait et conforme à la description. En plein centre historique de Colmar. Pour le parking, nous avons garé la voiture au parking Lacarre, à 15 mn de marche de l'appartement et pour 3 euros les 24h.
Points négatifs : Rien.

Points positifs : Propreté de l'appartement, l'espace et l'emplacement de celui ci. Cuisine bien équipée, de quoi prendre le petit déjeuner. Belle salle de bain. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire.
Points négatifs : L'isolation phonique, pas de TV ni d'internet, cour d'entrée pas spécialement accueillante.

Points positifs : Lovely apartment with all the amenities you could need for your stay. Owner provided cleaning products, and the basics like salt and pepper as well as tea, coffee etc which was appreciated. Comfortable beds and pillows. Instructions provided made it easy to locate the keys and to self-check in and out.

Good value for money
Points positifs : The apartment is very large and located near the city center and Little Venice, with easy access to it. It is near Auchan market and a free parking lot, next to a gym (10 minutes walk). It is equipped with everything necessary in a house, it has two bathrooms (only one of which is renovated) and 3 bedrooms + a living room where you can eat. It is very warm inside and this is important for the cold weather. Overall it is ok.
Points négatifs : It is situated in a very old house, that smells like mold. In fact, the little yard and the stairs inside are creapy. It could be clenear, I found lots of hair on the bathroom floor. The curtains are missing from the windows, at least in the living room everyone can see into the house through large, uncovered windows. The radiator in the bedroom next to the renovated bathroom does not work, it is cold in it and you have to stay with the door open to let the heat from the rest of the house enter, otherwise you will freeze. The unrenovated bathroom looks quite bad and is located in a balcony supported by some scaffolding, but it was usable.

Value, ideally located and simple comfort
Points positifs : Clean, updated apartment.. well appointed kitchen (microwave, nespresso machine, toaster and new Bosch appliances).. large bedrooms with clean linens and towels... ideally situated on the edge of centre ville. Paid underground parkade is at the end of the block
Points négatifs : Listing indicated canal views, courtyard and quiet street. In reality, canal is a block away, there's no courtyard and the apartment is on an extremely busy street from 4-8pm. Entrance to the second floor is dank & dingy but once you open the apartment door, all is forgiven...
