Property exactly as advertised and Colmar is gorgeous.

Points positifs : The location is great, only a 20 minute walk into the centre and a bakery a few doors along the road. Excellent parking right outside the property, it would be very tight if you had a large 4x4 though. The property is very well equipped with all the cooking utensils needed, there was also plenty of towels and toilet roll. It also included cooking basics like: salt, pepper, oil, pasta and a bottle of wine!

Points négatifs : The beds could do with some new mattresses as they were quite thin, this could just be down to me being heavy though 😂 Some instructions on recycling would be good also.

Large flat, helpful hosts

Points positifs : Nice large apartment with plenty of space for two, would comfortably fit four as well. Parking off the road was a bonus even if tight access. Mosquito nets on some windows was helpful to enable us keeping the windows open as it was hot. Hot water is fine, but takes a couple of minutes to reach the tap from the boiler in their flat… worth noting. Location is about 20 minutes walk from the old centre of Colmar, far enough out to be quiet, but close enough to walk. Hosts were welcoming and tried to fix the internet but sadly without success.

Points négatifs : No internet for all but 15 minutes of our 2 day stay. Sadly router / extender not working and despite the hosts attempt to fix it, we had to rely on mobile data. A couple of suggestions to help for hot weather - fit some more mosquito protection on the other windows and provide a portable fan to help it feel cooler.

Points positifs : Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni in questa casa a Colmar con la mia famiglia e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. L’alloggio è accogliente, ben curato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, ideale anche per chi viaggia con bambini. Gli spazi sono funzionali e l’ambiente è tranquillo, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Anche la posizione è un grande punto di forza, nelle immediate vicinanze si trova di tutto, negozi, ristoranti e servizi, ed è comodo per raggiungere il centro e visitare Colmar e i dintorni. Consigliamo assolutamente questa sistemazione a chi cerca una casa piacevole e pratica per una vacanza in famiglia.

Points positifs : Nos ha encantado la estancia en la casa. Sin duda cuando volvamos, reservaremos de nuevo con ellos. El espacio de la casa y la amabilidad de los propietarios ha sido lo mejor.

Points négatifs : El colchón de la cama es un poco duro

Points positifs : Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Hausbesitzerin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist toll.
