Lots of character but too cold and noisy.
Points positifs : Spacious bedrooms. Walking distance to train station and the city centre. Loved the character of the old building and the high ceilings.
Points négatifs : No heating in one of the bedrooms. No smoke detectors. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Kitchen cutlery draw was broken. Very noisy as located on an intersection with no soundproofing. The apartment was very cold when we arrived. The heating system did it no justice.

Points positifs : La excelente ubicación en el centro de la ciudad a 5 minutos a pie de la pequeña Venecia. Otro punto a destacar es que tiene plaza de garaje , aunque es pequeña pudimos aparcar un nissan qasqai.Apartamento decorado con mucho gusto y las camas muy cómodas a excepción de las almohadas.
Points négatifs : La limpieza , lo dejamos más limpio de lo que nos lo encontramos.El cajón de los cubiertos de la cocina está roto y parece que se te va a caer en los pies.Otro punto negativo , las almohadas, malísimas.

Points positifs : Das Appartement hat 2 große Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad, leider ohne Schränke. Alles sauber und ordentlich. In 5Minuten ist man in der Altstadt sowie an einen Supermarkt. Super Lage.
Points négatifs : Eine Garage war inklusive, aber ist sie nur 1,95m breit so dass ein normales Auto nicht hineinpasst. So mussten wir eine Woche auf einem öffentlichen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz ausweichen. Die Kosten bekommen wir nicht erstattet, da wir selbst Schuld sind so ein großes Auto zu fahren. Übrigens wird nicht Deutsch gesprochen wie bei Booking beworben wird. Nur ein schnelles schlechtes Englisch. Heizen geht nur mit einem kleinen Heißlüfter. Im Bad war eine Lampe defekt so dass rasieren und schminken fast unmöglich war. Der Lichtschalter in der Küche war offen und damit waren die Kabel zu sehen. Diese Mängel wurden nicht abgestellt. Der TV ging auch nicht. Ich sollte ihn per Video Konferenz selbst neu programmieren. Unglaublich! Auf eine versprochene kleine Entschädigung warten wir heute noch.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und sehr sauber!
Points positifs : Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, liegt dierekt am Rand der Altstadt, am Museum Unterlinden. Vermieter reagiert schnell auf Fragen. Die App ist inzuitiv, selbstständiges Ein- und Auschecken somit easy.
Points négatifs : Die Garage ist zu klein für große Autos. Wir waren mit einem X3 unterwegs, mussten nachts noch einn anderen Parkplatz suchen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen, wusste der Vermieter aber auch nichts von. 1 Rue Henry Wilhelm. Die Plastikblumendeko ist wahrscheinlich Geschmackssache, genauso wie Plastikgeschirr ...Einzelne Möbel weisen langsam erste Verschleißerscheinungen (z.B. am Bett ist ein Stempel gebrochen, aber es wurde anderweitig stabiliiert, im Bad quillt der Waschtisch etwas auf, aber alles ist voll funktionsfähig).

Ottima struttura
Points positifs : Ottima posizione per visitare il centro. Appartamento ampio ed accogliente. Dotato di ogni comfort.Molto pulito.
Points négatifs : Un po' disturbato la notte a causa del traffico sulla strada di fronte.

Points positifs : Spazioso, giusta pulizia con adeguati accessori. Letti comodi e ampi. Vicino al centro e a un parcheggio anche se a pagamento nelle ore diurne. Chiare le istruzioni per entrare in casa.
Points négatifs : Un po’ rumoroso: affacciato su una strada abbastanza trafficata di giorno, poco insonorizzata rispetto all’appartamento di sopra (si sentivano i rumori dei passi dei vicini sul parquet scricchiolante e la musica nelle ore serali). All’arrivo appartamento non proprio riscaldato. Lavandino bagno scomodo, non appendini per asciugamani.
