Points positifs : Appartement spacieux, bien situé (5mn à pieds du centre), et bien équipé (et avec place de parking privée)

Points négatifs : Un micro-onde et des patères dans la salle de bain, serait un plus.

Points positifs : L’appartement était impeccable, très confortable et très propre. Place de parking privé qui reste un vrai plus Service conciergerie hyper réactif et extrêmement serviable

Points positifs : L'appartement conforme à l'annonce, très bien agencé au calme proche du centre. Le parking est plus. Super séjour nous reviendrons avec plaisir Christèle.

Points positifs : Appartement équipé avec juste ce qu'il faut, sécurisé et très moderne. Proche du centre, du supermarché et de bcp de lieux de promenades.

Points négatifs : Un micro-onde et un grille-pain seraient les bienvenus. L'emplacement pour avoir accès au garage (côté route) peut parfois être difficile s'il y a du monde sur la route (car assez fréquenté en semaine)

Un séjour au calme et la décuverte du centre ville à notre rythme.

Points positifs : l'aménagement du logement et sa petite terrasse et plus particulièrement la qualité de la literie. le calme de l'immeuble la proximité d'inter marché et du centre ville qui nous a permis de nous promener et découvrir les différents aspects de ce centre ville. La disponibilité et la gentillesse des membres de la conciergerie.

Points négatifs : au niveau des ustensiles de la cuisine, un petit saladier pour la salade et une petite marmite auraient été utiles.

Séjour tout confort au Stan à Colmar

Points positifs : Propreté, confort, appartement neuf près du centre

Points positifs : L'appartement est neuf, super fonctionnel, idéalement situé pour visiter Colmar à pied. Le parking souterrain est hyper pratique (pour garder la voiture au frais 😉), la literie est excellente (mention spéciale pour les oreillers ;)) L'accueil au top, merci Adeline !

Points négatifs : Rien à ajouter...peut être ajouter une cafetière filtre et aussi une petite lampe d'appoint pour le côté salon...mais sinon, tout était parfait

Great staying in nice Apartment.

Points positifs : The Apartment is very nice, coisy and comfortable. Absolutely new and moderne interior design( all as shown in fotos). EXCELENT!!! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (induction cooker, owen, refrigerator, coffe mascine, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, spoons, knives, forks). The bedroom has a comfortable double bad. The bathroom is sehr large with shower. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the courtyard building and has a nice terrace with a small table and 4 chairs, where you can spend nice evenings drinking French wine with cheese and fruit. A big plus is that the apartment has a private underground parking space. The apartment is located a 5-minute walk from the old town of Colmar. The owner of the apartment, Adelina, is very nice and responsive. I would happily come back here again. I recommend choosing this apartment when traveling to Colmar.

Points négatifs : Only one minus - i did not find the iron, but this time i have no needs, because I came by car and my clothes were hung on a special clothes hanger. But I am absolutely sure that if I needed an iron, the host Adelina would provide it for me. I think that the apartment will have both a washing machine and an iron in the near future.

Ottima posizione

Points positifs : Ottima posizione a 5 min a piedi dal centro, parcheggio sotterraneo comodissimo. Appartamento nuovo ben accessoriato.

Points négatifs : Il divano letto non era pronto, mancava una federa e un asciugamano (hanno prontamente rimediato il gg dopo) il sapone in bagno finito, il check in alle 16 e un po tardi e il check out alle 10 molto fiscali, prima di lasciare l appartamento devi disfarti i letti.

Leuk appartement, dichtbij het centrum

Points positifs : Het appartement was heel proper en verzorgd. Mooie badkamer. Is erg goed gelegen. Je bent op 5 minuutjes stappen in het centrum en dichtbij de winkel en de restaurants. De parkeerplaats is smal inrijden maar ook erg handig.

Points négatifs : Het is een zeer klein salontafeltje. JE kan er niet veel opzetten terwijl de ruimte groot genoeg is en vrij leeg. Maar dat is een detail. Alles was mooi en verzorgd.
