Séjour et appartement super agréable, nous reviendrons certainement.
Points positifs : l'emplacement de l'appartement était super bien situé. de nombreux rangements pour mettre les vêtements et appartement avait tout le nécessaire (brosse, balai, aspirateur etc).
Points négatifs : eau de l'évier manquait de pression et d'eau chaude, je suppose que ce n'est qu'un problème de réglage qui va vite être réparer. les personnes de l'agence sont super réactifs à nos demandes, Bravo.

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre historique de Colmar.
Points positifs : L'appartement se trouve au 2eme étage d'un ancien presbytère situé dans la vieille ville sur la Grand Rue. Les 2 chambres sont très correctes. Les équipements sont OK, TV et WIFI sont OK. Très lumineux.
Points négatifs : Prévoir si vous venez en voiture de payer un stationnement car il n'y pas de parking gratuit dans les alentours - stationnement public plutôt facile à trouver dans les alentours à 5 min à pied et pour environ 20-25€ la journée complète par horodateur/appli.

Ottima posizione ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo non adeguato
Points positifs : La posizione centralissima. L’appartamento spazioso,all’interno di un edificio storico, arredato con gusto, fornito proprio di tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno (pastiglie per la lavastoviglie, prodotti per lavare le stoviglie a mano, detersivo per la lavatrice, capsule caffè per la macchinetta presente, una vasta scelta di marmellate, miele, zucchero, etc.). Ottima insonorizzazione. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale in memory foam comodo. Molto gentile la receptionist.
Points négatifs : Il prezzo troppo alto rispetto alla qualità dell’alloggio e del servizio. Check-in tardi: alle 16, invece il check-out molto presto: alle 10:00. Il deposito bagagli c/o la loro agenzia a pagamento (10€/tutti i bagli/al giorno). Visto il costo alto di locazione, il servizio di deposito bagagli poteva essere offerto gratis. Abbiamo avuto problemi con la caldaia che non funzionava perciò siamo rimasti senza l’acqua calda proprio quando avevamo bisogno di fare la doccia. La caldaia si trova nella camera matrimoniale e disturba il sonno. Le porte interne sono obsolete e non si chiudono. La vasca del bagno non era proprio pulita.

Points positifs : Konum harikaydı, ev çok güzel ve modern döşenmiş. Kış ayları için sıcaklık çok iyiydi, tertemiz teslim edildi. Kahve makinası çok işimize yaradı 😊 Fiyat performans çok iyiydi. 2 tane bölgeye özel bira ikramı için çok teşekkür ederiz 😊

Points positifs : The apartment is beautifully updated. Super comfy for our family! Great location to walk everywhere! Will absolutely stay again!
Points négatifs : Parking was hard to find but we ended up at Saint josse about 8 mins away and we packed light so it wasn't bad at all.

Points positifs : It’s in central Colmar, convenient to all the central attractions and restaurants. Being near the center of town, do be prepared for occasional noise from the street during the night.
Points négatifs : Nothing! We did not have hot water the first day, but property management resolved that.

Points positifs : We couldn't be happier with our stay at Le Neubau! Our family (mom, dad, and 3 kids aged 12, 15, & 17) were in Colmar for a few days right at the beginning of Christmas market season. The kids speak French so we wanted them to have a chance to roam around on their own, and this property offered the perfect opportunity -- we were right in the middle of the action on a lovely street, and the lockbox allowed us to come and go in separate groups even though we only had one key. The place itself was perfectly clean and very roomy, great for our family's size. Checkin/checkout was easy through the Bookings app. We loved every minute of our stay!
