Points positifs : Localisation parfaite. Place de parking disponible très facilement en face à l’immeuble.
Points négatifs : J’aurais aimé plus si on avait une porte et un portant vêtement dans la deuxième chambre.

Très bon séjour dans un appart tout neuf. La facilité de parking à proximité est un plus!
Points positifs : Parfait appart pour une nuit au centre de Colmar. Très bien entretenu, arrivée aisée. On se parque facilement dans le coin.
Points négatifs : le bruit dans la chambre, étant donné que celle-ci donne directement sur une route fréquentée. Le fait de devoir laisser les taxes de séjour en espèces (ce qui n'est pas très pratique)

Points positifs : Le lieu si chaleureux avec une déco raffinée et travaillée. Canapé lit avec un vrai matelas.
Points négatifs : Qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation. Mais ce n'est pas une chambre d'hôtel...

Points négatifs : Only one towel for both body and face. No shampoo.

Lovely apartment in great location
Points positifs : Fantastic apartment in great spot. Would recommend. However note check in is 4pm which I think is a little late (although noted on the details at booking)
Points négatifs : For the apartment to be a 10/10 would suggest new sheets as sheets were balley and towels looked a little old .

Rundum zufriedene und glückliche Gäste.
Points positifs : Wir fanden die Unterkunft extrem gemütlich. Die kurzen Wege ins Zentrum haben wir sehr genossen, Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig vor der Tür aber mit der App Easy Park gut zu händeln. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief problemlos. Die Heizung hat den Raum bei kalten Temperaturen gut beheizt.

Für einen Kurztrip sehr gut geeignet.
Points positifs : Schöne moderne Wohnung . Küche komplett ausgestattet . Gute Lage zur Innenstadt und günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
Points négatifs : Wenn man was bemängeln könnte , dann die Lautstärke. Bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist nicht möglich ( sehr befahrene Hauptstraße und großer Parkplatz )

Apartamento muy agradable.
Points positifs : Apartamento muy bien ubicado cerca del centro, con una decoración muy bonita. Cierto que a veces faltan espacios para poner las maletas o ropa,etc, pero tampoco es algo esencial .Ya que es bastante agradable y todo lo que necesitábamos estaba perfecto. como sugerencia ya que todo es de madera y delicado , necesitan unos pequeños manteles de desayuno o algo así, para no estropear nada. por otro lado , comentar que el tema de la sauna es una \
Points négatifs : Me choco un poco , el tema de las tasas turísticas , que aunque entiendo que sean obligatorias y ellos las tengan que solicitar a todos los viajeros, , me pareció un poco raro que nos las solicitaran , sin habernos pedido, ni dni, ni datos, etc , no teníamos factura...y sin embargo en teoría estábamos registrados para solicitar las tasas??no sé ....a mi personalmente que trabajo en hoteles me mosqueo un poco , aunque dejamos dentro del apartamento antes de irnos, los 50 euros que nos solicitaron sin problema.

Ein tolles Appartement in toller Lage in einer sehr schönen Stadt.
Points positifs : Die Wohnung war wirklich schön und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Points négatifs : Die Handtücher haben leider keinen guten Geruch gehabt und das Abtrocknen war unangenehm. In Frankreich habe ich zudem auf Weingläser im Schrank gehofft, aber es waren keine vorhanden. Eine Ablagemöglichkeit im separaten WC wäre auch schön.
