Points positifs : Emplacement sympa, le centre ville accessible à pied. Appartement calme.

Points négatifs : Pas de parking gratuit à proximité, il faut marcher un peu.

Points positifs : Emplacement parfait, dans le joli quartier autour du canal, tout près du centre historique. Situé dans une ruelle en cul-de-sac, qui débouche sur une place avec quelques magasins et des places de parking (très peu de circulation). Immeuble calme. Chauffage au sol et thermostats. Cuisine bien équipée. Hôte réactif, explications claires pour trouver la clef et le logement

Points négatifs : Dans la salle de bain, quelques accessoires en plus seraient appréciés : porte-papier-toilette, petite serviette pour s'essuyer les mains, quelque chose pour poser un savon dans la douche. Le tableau des disjoncteurs fait du bruit la nuit, j'ai le sommeil léger donc je l'ai éteint la nuit.

Points positifs : La localisation, à la fois dans une rue très calme et à deux pas des quartiers phares de Colmar L'agencement de l'appartement La pression dans la douche Les rangements dans l'appartement (banc à l'entrée pour les chaussures, placard dans la chambre, ...)

Points négatifs : Les stores dans l'appartement qui n'empêchet pas la totalité de la lumière de rentrer Le lavabo dans la salle de bain un peu petit

Points positifs : Very tidy, with big spaces and plenty of natural light! Next to Petit Venice! Very beautiful neighbourhood! And the host is very friendly and helpful!

Points positifs : Very well appointed and located in a particularly charming part of town. The accommodation itself was clean (with the exception of the glass in the bathroom) and the easy to use washer was a godsend. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Points négatifs : Potential guests should be aware that it is a 3 flight of stairs climb to the accommodation with the last flight almost ladder like. This communal area could also be cleaner but the suite itself was clean. The bed and sofa are also very low and can be difficult to get off of. People with bad knees may have issues.

Points positifs : It is absolutely fantastic location in the heart of Colmar. You have everything you need for shot or long stay. Apartment is a very clean and tidy. The staff is a very helpful.

Points positifs : Τhe location was perfect. Close to everything and qyiet at the same time. And the room was descent and clean.

Points négatifs : The room was renovated but the building inside was smelly (mold) and the window on the first floor as we were going to our room was full of flies. So many flies we had to open and try to take them all out ourselves. Now in the room we could not sleep if we d open the window as there was mosquito attack every night. But it was too hot and smelly to keep the windows closed. I think there must b definately at least one mosquito machine (2 would b perfect)
