Merci à l’agence pour sa réactivité . Le nouveau lieu était parfait
Points positifs : A la dernière minute, l’agence qui gère l’appartement nous a proposé un autre endroit 16 rue des jonquilles car le cocon de Jules était au 2ème étage sans ascenseur et cela n’était pas précisé dans l’annonce. Mon mari ayant quelques problèmes cardiaques , cela n’était pas envisageable

Super bien placé
Points positifs : L'emplacement est idéal (proche du centre ville mais au calme), l'appartement est très spacieux et la décoration soignée.
Points négatifs : Le prix était un peu élevé pour 2 personnes en période de marché de Noël. Mais c'est un peu le cas partout.

Points positifs : L'emplacement proche du centre ville, la décoration, le calme.
Points négatifs : Manque de lumière au dessus du miroir de la salle de bain, accès douche exigu. Toilettes petites.

Agréable et confortable
Points positifs : l'appartement est très bien situé pour accéder au centre historique de Colmar, appartement fonctionnel ,propre, douillet et bien équipé , tout le nécessaire pour y séjourner quelques jours.
Points négatifs : il manque peut-être une machine à laver le linge

Good location in Colmar
Points positifs : The location is very good. It's close to the historical centre and it's very quiet. It's quite close to the railway station if one come by train. The apartment is at the 2nd floor of the building. There is no elevator. For us this was not an issue but it's good to know. Not easy to go up if one has big luggage. The apartment is large, well furnished. The kitchen has all we needed for breakfast. We didn't cook dinner or lunch but I noticed that the kitchen is quite well equipped. The apartment was clean and tidy.
Points négatifs : The toilet and the bathroom are a little bit small but this cannot be improved. A tablecloth and/or some kitchen paper could be useful In the communication with the agency managing the apartment was not clear the check-out time (11 or 10 o'clock). They first communicated that the check-out is at 11h the latest and then the messaged that we have to leave at 10h. In the end we clarified but we had to exchange more messages.

So amazing, poetic and romantic
Points positifs : The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and very well located 😻 the staff is nice and responsive, was easy to find and easy to park nearby even with a big campervan, we loved our stay ❤️
Points négatifs : The toilet area is very cold and the toilet seat was broken but is just a small detail, did not affect our stay.

Points positifs : Great apartment with nice decorations. Comfortable bed, clean and very organized house. Close to the center.

Points positifs : Everything was as described, excellent location, comfortable, warm, big apartment, well equiped kitchen. It definitely met our needs.
Points négatifs : Total absence of communication between people that was renting the apartment. Before we arrived, one of them gave us wrong instructions on how to get the keys of the building and the apartment, and then when we arrived, and the keys werent where they said it would be, that person wasnt answering our calls and responding to our messages we sent through booking . It took 2 hours before someone picked up the phone and explained that they changed the location of the keys.
