Points positifs : Tout s'est bien passé, propriétaire très sympa, Un petit problème qui m'a dérangé c'est que vous n'avez pas le droit de prendre une douche après 22h :))) Je ne pense pas que vous dérangez les voisins si vous vous lavez à 23h... C'est chaud dehors, nous les jeunes, sortons, revenons un peu plus tard... Tout le reste est parfait

A COMFORTABLE PLACE WELL WORTH THE PRICE

Points positifs : We are returning guests, but still the place is as welcoming as it has always been. The host is very friendly and helpful. The aparment is well equipped and very clean. The bed is comfortable. There is a long balcony where you can sit out and enjoy the view of the park just behind the building. Parking is free and safe. There is a beautiful park behind the builidng and a swimming pool as well. Nice for a walk or morning run. Aldi is just around the corner. The centre is about 20 min. by walk, but you can get there by bus or car. Free places to park your car can always be found in downtown. And let's not forget the price! It is a very friendly price.

Points négatifs : We have absolutely no problem with it, though for some people just for informative purposes, it is in a high rise building and the area is also like that. However, all the people we met around were very kind and friendly. Greeting you by saying hello or Good morning. As a woman I did not have problems walking in the park alone, either. So do not let be discouraged by comments on the area. And finally, yes the TV could be bigger with more channels, international as well maybe. Belfort is getting more and more popular with foreigners.

COMFORTABLE APARTMENT AT A VERY FRIENDLY PRICE

Points positifs : It is a spacious and comfotable apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and a lots of welcome freebies. We really appreciate the host's efforts to make our stay pleasant and comfortable each time we come. The host is an extremly friendly and helpful person. The apartment is in a high-rise block, but it is totally safe (there are cameras all around). Parking is free and there is always space. There is a beautiful park the sight of which you can enjoy from the big balcony. Absolutely recommended for a shorter or longer stay. There are shops nearby and also the centre is 15 min. by walk.

Points négatifs : There is nothing really to complain about. We gave a 9 this time, because we had an unfortunate situation, which was not the apartment's or host's fault, the heating and warm water went out for a day. It was rather cold in the flat. But to our surpirse thay worked at night as well and heating was restored by midngingt and hot water by the next day. Might happen.

GREAT PLACE NEXT TO A BEAUTIFUL PARK

Points positifs : We almost always stay here when we are in Belfort. The aparment is clean and nice and comfortable. It is well-equipped. The hostess is extremely friendly and helpful. She always offers welcome drinks and snacks. There is a street parking, but it is free and safe as there are cameras around the building. There is a nice park behind the building where you can walk or just relax. Great place to stay.

Points négatifs : There is no AC, and it can get really hot in summer. Though there is a fan, but sometimes it is not enough. Other than that nothing to complain about.

Prima plek om in Belfort te vertoeven

Points positifs : Rustige plek, niet al te ver van het centrum. Compleet ingericht appartement. Vriendelijke en behulpzame host.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön!

Points positifs : Supernette Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich und großzügig! Sie nahm uns in Empfang, hat sich viel Zeit genommen, alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles, was man braucht oder bei einem längeren Aufenthalt brauchen könnte. Lage: schön ruhig am Park, zu Fuß etwa 1/2 Stunde in die Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Großer Balkon.

Points négatifs : Das WLAN war am letzten Tag plötzlich ausgeschaltet, so dass wir der Vermieterin nicht wunschgemäß Bescheid geben konnten, dass wir gehen. Wir sollten ihr über Booking.com eine Nachricht schicken, wenn wir gehen, da die Wohnung durch das Einrasten der Tür nicht automatisch verschlossen ist, aber die mail an ihre angegebene Adresse (über einen eigenen Hotspot geschickt, nicht über Booking.com, weil das Passwort nur zu Hause auf dem PC war) kam als unzustellbar zurück. Das Bett fanden wir ein wenig unbequem (Matratze schon leicht durchgelegen, Kissen etwas hart und klumpig, aber alles noch ertragbar und auf jeden Fall besser als campen. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir unsere eigenen Kissen mitbringen ;-)).

Points positifs : Everything was just perfect! Madame Dominique is the best host we have ever met, so kind and polite! She took us with her car to the grocery store when we came tired of the trip and drove us back to the station on our way back. The appartment is more than comfortable and exceptionaly clean! Inside you have all you need for even a long stay. The terrace is also great! Somebody could argue that it's not in the center but we found it as an advantage because it was so quiet and next to huge and so beautiful park. We felt safe and wellcomed! We will recomend it to everybody! Once again, thank you Madame Dominique for everything and we wish all the best! Ognjen
